In this debate Pat McFadden examines the impact of three European judgements – Viking, Laval and Ruffert – on the Posted Workers Directive. The Directive, which was introduced 10 years ago, operates throughout the EU and allows companies to post their workers to another member state on a temporary basis in any sector of the economy.
