Biography

Stephen Lovegrove joined the Shareholder Executive in April 2004 and was appointed Chief Executive in April 2008, having been acting Chief Executive since June 2007.

Prior to that, he spent ten years at Deutsche Bank, where he was the head of the European media team. During that time he worked on a wide range of capital raisings, acquisitions and divestments in all the sub-sectors of the media industry. Prior to the City, Stephen spent five years as a strategic consultant.

In addition, Stephen works with the Department of Culture, Media and Sport on the 2012 Olympics and BBC Charter Review.
