Consultations
We do not at the moment have any "open" consultations seeking the views of CICs and other individuals or organisations working in or with the third sector. However, the Regulator will be holding consultations in the not too distant future.

Regulator's responses
As a Partner of the Department of Business, we follow the Government Code of Practice on Consultation and aim to respond to all comments received within three months of a consultation ending. If you have any thoughts on the consultation process itself please email the Better Regulation Team.
