The Futures Analysts Network
The Futures Analysts Network or FAN Club is a unique forum where people who have an interest in futures analysis can meet to exchange new ideas, innovative thinking and good practice. The quarterly meetings are organised by the Foresight Horizon Scanning Centre and are a key component in supporting government and other public sector organisations to improve their capacity for strategic futures analysis.
The meetings combine presentations, workshop sessions and case studies to stimulate discussion. They are open to anyone from the public, private or voluntary sector who is interested in using futures thinking and decision-making techniques to develop policy or strategy.
