Bankruptcy Orders, Debt Relief Orders and Individual Voluntary Arrangements in England & Wales, broken down by region, county, unitary authority and local authority. The rate per 10,000 adult population is also shown, as are total individual insolvencies by region and maps for local authority.

In 2013 the Insolvency Service Statistics Team conducted a survey to gather feedback on National and Official Statistics publications and set priorities for further development.
