Headline Official Statistics showing numbers of corporate and individual insolvencies in England & Wales. Also included are industrial breakdowns of business insolvencies and insolvency numbers in Scotland and Northern Ireland, as well as some longer historic series.

Individual insolvencies by region
Bankruptcy Orders, Debt Relief Orders and Individual Voluntary Arrangements in England & Wales, broken down by Government Office Region, County, Unitary Authority and County District. The rate per 10,000 adult population is also shown, as are Total Individual Insolvencies by region and maps for Government Office Region.

Statistics showing the number and percentage of Individual Voluntary Arrangements that have been registered in each year since 1990, that have since completed, failed or are still ongoing.
A Statistical Release updating these official figures to show the outcomes as at September 2012 for IVA registrations between 1990 and 2011 will be published at the link below on Thursday 29 November 2012 at 9.30am.
