OIML Consultation on Instruments for measuring electrical quantities

OIML working groups aim to harmonise working standards for International Legal Metrology. This consultation is a review of Technical Committee 12 on Instruments for measuring electrical quantities.
The OIML TC 12 secretariat (Australia) has produced a second draft (2CD) of OIML R 46-3 Active Energy Electricity Meters Part 3 Test Report Format. This is the test report format to complement the draft recommendation OIML R 46 Parts 1 and 2.
The documents below also include a compilation of the comments provided (including the UK comments) on the first committee draft along with secretariat responses itemising all changes.
Please submit comments using the comments template, indicating whether you support this draft to establish the UK voting position by 15 October 2012.
