All visitors must enter Stanton Avenue via the Hampton Road gate which is immediately adjacent to the NMO building. Please speak to the Security Officer at the gate who will direct you accordingly. Please look at the maps below for directions. The Queens Road entrance is open to site or visitor pass holders only.
Driving to NMO:
Please be aware that NMO shares the Teddington site with other laboratories and parking spaces are available for visitors. The Security Officer will direct you to the NPL reception where you will receive instructions for parking. Please note that the roads on the site can be busy. NMO has limited visitor parking and if this is full you may be directed to a large car park which is a 5 minute walk back to NMO. We suggest that you regularly check this page for the latest situation on parking facilities.
Rail services, Teddington from Waterloo:
Exit the station on the ticket office side. Turn right and continue up the road. Take a right then proceed to the roundabout. Turn left and continue to walk along Broadstreet for approximately ten minutes, passing Tesco's on your left. Continue past the main set of traffic lights and Stanton Avenue is the second turning on the left. Please check in with security.
