Agreements covering distribution of Newspapers and magazines in England and Wales – Code of Practice
The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) report on its review of the Newspaper Code of Practice for England and Wales (PDF, 390KB) and the Statutory undertakings that underpin was submitted to the Secretary of State on 22 October 2008.
After a public consultation, the Secretary of State decided to accept the OFT’s recommendations and revoke the Code.
