Premier League Enterprise

The Government is working with the Premier League and Enterprise UK to build on the successful enterprise promotion work started by Middlesbrough and Blackburn Rovers football clubs.

Clubs use football as a key engagement tool to introduce young people to the world of work and enterprise. As a result of their participation students benefit from improved enterprise skills, more self-confidence and raised aspirations.

In addition to Middlesbrough and Blackburn Rovers, ten other clubs (Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Burnley, Everton, Fulham, Hull City, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Sunderland) are also delivering enterprise activity under the initiative. Other clubs are expected to take part.
