Offender Learning Publications

The Reducing Re-Offending agenda is a jointly owned project between the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Ministry of Justice.

It lays out what can be done now to realise the latent potential within the current system through more joined up working and sets out the future vision of a correctional system that meets the challenge to reduce offending.
