Diversity and inclusion training


Diversity and inclusion training aims to develop awareness of how other employees experience their working environment. It also aims to provide information on organisational structures that can be inhibiting to some employees. This training should enhance workplace understanding and cohesion, leading to greater teamwork ability, productivity and employee retention rates
